    Payment can be made by credit card
    (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express with expiration date).
    We also accept checks, money orders, and wire transfers.

    Please note: If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, we need both in order to process your card.

  • What You Want:
    The name or description of the products you want.

Duties and Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes or international import duty, if applicable. One of the advantages of buying from us is that the state of Oregon has NO sales tax.

Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If one should occur, we will contact you before shipping your order


We ship by UPS, Federal Express Air, and US Post Priority Mail. We charge you what they charge us. No handling fees! If you have a preference, please let us know when you order. If you need expedited shipping (overnight or 3-day), please let us know that as well.

We can ship just about anywhere and we specialize in international destinations! We will quote international shipping charges for your approval before we ship. However, quotes do not include any local taxes or duties that may be imposed.

Tracking Numbers: Federal Express and UPS have a feature that lets us insert your email address when we create your shipping label. When your order is shipped with either company you will receive email notification from them with a tracking number and other information that may be important to you.

Shipping Damage: If anything we ship you is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know right away. We will process the claim and replace your purchase a.s.a.p.

Privacy: We value you as a customer and respect your privacy. The personal information you provide is used only to properly complete your order.

We will use your email address to notify you of your shipping/tracking number and for correspondence concerning your order. We do not provide your personal information to other companies.

Federal Express and UPS have a feature that lets us insert your email address when we create your shipping label. This allows the shipped to provide you tracking details. Please notify us if you would prefer that we not provide this information to the shipping company.

Security: Shopping on line with us is completely safe. We employ the latest technology to protect against fraud.

You can submit your order or questions by email. However, if for any reason you should feel uncomfortable ordering through our Web site, we can be reached by phone at (541) 996-3083. (8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific). Orders are also accepted by fax at (541) 994-9692, which is available 24 hours a day.

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. We also accept Checks and Money Orders.

  • Limited Transfer of Credit Card Numbers:We will keep your credit card information on file for approximately one year so you will only need to transfer sensitive numbers once. Or if you prefer, we will remove this information from our data base immediately after your purchase.

  • You are protected by Federal Law: Our credit card processing and transfer systems are secure. (For a technical definition of SSL refer to this link. ) But if you ever experience credit card fraud, you are protected by the same laws that protect all your credit card purchases - both online and off-line - which limits your liability to a maximum of $50.

If paying by personal or business checks, please allow 10-15 days mail delivery and check clearing before we ship your order

Our Guarantee

We do not want you to have anything from Gomberg Kite Productions, International that you aren't happy with. If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it, refund your purchase price, or credit your charge account, as you wish.

Returns: Contact us for a Return Authorization. Then simply ship the product back. Remember that you are responsible for insurance or damage. We recommend that you wrap the package securely and insure its contents for their full value.

Refund of Shipping Charges: If you return damaged product or incorrect orders, we will credit the full shipping charges that you paid. If you send back just part of the order, we will refund a portion of the shipping charges. If you simply changed you mind, we'll still take the product back. Again, you must call or email for a return authorization. Used product must be returned complete and not damaged. Please note that on this type of return, shipping charges are not refunded.

Repairs: If you experience damage after the 30 day product return period, contact us about the situation. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with our products and our service.

Lost in Transit: If anything we ship you is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know right away. We will process the claim and replace your purchase immediately.

International Returns: Shipping or duty taxes paid on international returns are not refundable. But if a problem should occur we will do our best to be as fair as possible. If any problems arise, send an email and explanation. We will respond as soon as possible.

Please note: Custom, one-of-a-kind orders, or products constructed to unique specifications are not returnable unless defective. If a problem should arise we will do our best to remedy it.

Kites produced by Peter Lynn Ltd. (PLL) are subject to the Peter Lynn defective product policy. Generally, PLL will replace or repair defective products when returned (freight paid) to the factory in Ashburton, New Zealand. They will pay return postage to you. Additional costs such as extra freight, loss of enjoyment, or damage to other property will not be paid.
