Ghosts

Ghost Deltas:

The idea seems so simple but the impact is amazing. These big, 11 foot deltas with long flowing tails dominate the sky. Put a white one up at night and you'll quickly see why people call them "ghosts".

The secret is the special soft ripstop that lets the 33 foot tails float on the lightest breeze. You can't get the fabric here, and Frank won't tell you where he buys his. But he can get it in a variety of bright colors.

Originally, these amazing kites were called "PyroDeltas". They were specially designed for the famous firework shows of avantgarde kites of Germany. In Dieppe, 1998, Pyros filled the night sky, each lifting white flares and surrounded by exploding starbursts. It was spellbinding.

Ghost Deltas will be the first kite up in the lightest breeze, but are designed to also lift a payload and handle extreme conditions. In 1998, they were named Best of Show and People's Choice at Long Beach.
