A Bit More Esoteric...

Susie and I took some personal time this weekend.

Since we don't have a kite trip report, I thought I'd share some photos from the Hammamatu Art Museum taken in May. These are standard kite frames, decorated by well known artists in Japan. The results are pretty remarkable!

Looking for something less esoteric? A friend forwarded me this cartoon from Mark Tatulli.

Cartoon Kites

June continues a frantic kite pace. Susan and I are off on Wednesday for St. Honore in Quebec. We'll then do a big festival here in Lincoln City, then head off for some more relaxing kite flying in Mexico.

See you out there somewhere!

Choose from three color combinations to match any mood.

  • Red/Yellow/Purple -- for when you feel perky.
  • Blue/Yellow/Blue -- for when you feel cool.
  • Red/Yellow/Black -- for when you feel assertive.
