Dealer Inquiries and Credit Terms
GKPI welcomes dealer inquiries from legitimate re-sellers regarding all kites and books we distribute.
To qualify for discounted prices, dealers must present a state re-seller's license, and operate a store where a minimum of 30% of the products are kites or kite related. Home or web-based businesses requesting wholesale prices must provide a state re-sellers license and be AKA member merchants or KTAI members. Minimum orders apply to all new accounts. We reserve the right to decline requests from businesses which in our opinion are not legitimate kite re-sellers.
Gomberg Kite Productions, International has a strong commitment to supporting local kite retailers. Stores carrying our products will be listed in our various directories, marketing materials, and links to online catalogs. Dealers are welcome to download images of our products for promotional use.
Credit Terms
GKPI provides 30 days credit to all accounts, in order to avoid c.o.d. charges, prepayment requirements, and other hindrances to our reseller clients.
Because of an increasing problems with new accounts, we are forced to consider either increasing our prices or changing our billing policies. We don't want to increase prices, so as an alternative, we are implementing the following "payment assurance" process.
We will continue to provide 30 days credit to all clients that provide a credit card guarantee.
Clients unwilling or unable to provide a credit card guarantee will be shipped pre-paid or C.O.D. Such shipments require additional fees, increase shipping costs, and create delays. They will be sent by special arrangement only.
We regret the necessity of this new policy. However, we recognize that it will have no affect on prompt customers, and gives everyone the option of extending payments on their own credit card accounts.

Payments should be made from the invoice, not the packing slip.
Late Charges
Overdue accounts may be charged to credit cards on file. A 2% per month late fee may be added to past due invoices. All discounts or bonuses on overdue accounts will be forefeited. Customer shall pay all costs incurred in the collection of any past due accounts, including collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees.
Shipping
We ship UPS unless otherwise specified. Other methods of shipping are available at customer's request. However, if a shipping method is requested that offers no reliable insurance, the customer is responsible for loss or damage. Any additional fees will be paid by the customer. Returns
GKPI requires pre-authorization for all returns and a 15% restocking fee. Freight charges may be incurred. Custom orders may not be returned unless defective. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Orders that are refused by the customer without pre-authorization will be charged for restocking and freight.
