Check out the prototype of our new 450 SkyForm. The 450 is a big kite. A really big kite! It measures roughly 19 x 25 feet, so even with the big notch cut out of the back, it offers a lot of lifting surface. Add to that a 150 foot streamer, and the result is a huge shadow across the beach. List price on the Monster is $1600 plus $300 for the tail. And $1900 total is a great price for this much show. "Giant Fish: This is a big blue beauty - about forty feet plus flwing fins and streamers. One thing I particularly like about the Peter Lynn Fish is how easily and quickly it both inflates and deflates. This is a dramatic and powerful kite. Use a solid lifter and watch it undulate just off the ground. Colors are actually blue/purple/aqua. It has very little flying time and peter would describe it as "new". Current new price was $4700. Road Signs: These are great kites and we're convinced that if people see them flying, we'll sell more. How to get them flying? Mak them down for friends like you! Kevin Sanders from Australia is a wonderfully creative kitist who combines technical proficiency and solid avionics with a light hearted sense of humor. In this case, the result is a series of flying road signs that offer unexpected phrasing. We're making three styles -- the round, the rectangular, and the diamond. We can easily change the colors and even the wording for you. Think fun! Think creative! Think what road signs would say in a perfect world.... Each piece is constructed with a mesh inflation panel, a lifter loop, and a drogue for added stability. Fly them independently or in stacks. Signs measure 5 feet across and are 25 feet tall, not including the two attached drogues. A lifter isn't necessary for these able fliers. The loop is added to make it easier to stack pieces in a train of signs. Put one word on each and spell out a message! Recently I asked Sanders about the inspiration for the project. "Patchwork" Ray: The original Ray style is now called the "patchwork" version. We usually use these at the top of a large kite stack because they have better lift and stability than most other giant kites. In other words, it lies great! Just in from Hank Manseau: Spirit is probably the best-flying inflatable I have ever had the pleasure of flying. I typically fly it on 80# line and it is an incredibly graceful and efficient kite with a very good lift to drag ratio. I find that it flies extremely well from 7-8 mph to 20 mph. Beyond that range it becomes unstable. The bottom line is... this is a GREAT kite!
